Healthy AND delish, I make it with organic chestnut cream.
It’s vegan and you can make it gluten-free (depending on the granolas you use).
Homemade granolas is actually so easy to make I’m sure you will do it more than once:)

Coarsest ship 150g of hazelnuts and chop 60g of pitted dates
In a big bowl mix together: 200g of flakes (you can choose the ones you are used to, I chose half gluten-free oat flakes and half gluten-free buckwheat flakes), your hazelnuts and your dates, and 2 spoons of cinnamon.
Add 130 of apple syrup (or agave syrup or maple syrup).
Add 2 spoons of water.
Last ingredient is chestnut cream: I used our organic chestnut cream with vanilla(https://chestnutcheeks.com/products/the-one-with-vanilla-3x250g)
You can put 130/150g of chestnut cream depending on your taste.
Then mix for 5 minutes.
Put everything on your baking sheet and put in the oven for 20-25mn at 160C
I love it either with Yog or almond milk 🥛
