I made this one in London and as it’s hard to find the french « biscuit cuillère » that I usually use for tiramisu, I used tea biscuits which is actually a great twist (= a bit crispy) 🍪


Vegan chestnut cream cookies

I have a classic vegan recipe that I love to bake (you can find it on the cooking blog) - basically using oil and corn. This morning I tried a new one without oil: just homemade apple compote. Love love love the result, even if the cookies are quite soft (you have to like soft cookies to enjoy this recipe:)).
