Vegan chestnut cream cookies

So I tried to make Chestnut cream vegan cookies last week 🍪 Plant-based heaven 🌱

🌰🌰🌰 R E C I P E 🌰🌰🌰
Put together 30g of cornstarch and 30g of warm water and mix till smooth.
Add 70g brown sugar, 60g oil, 80g chestnut cheeks cream (the classic one), 40g plant milk 🥛 and a pinch of salt. Mix everything for a few minutes.
Add 200g flour (I used gluten free one) and 2 tbsps of baking powder.
Add half of your toppings: 80g dark choc and 80g hazelnuts cut in two.
Cut with 3 inch round cookie cutter.
Then add 2 teaspoons chestnut cream in the middle of each.
Shape each cookie into one ball and put them on a baking sheet. Then flatten slightly all of them.
Add the other half of your toppings 🍫
Bake in the oven at 180C for 10 to 15mn.
