Pancakes with candied chestnuts

For pancake day this year, I made a new recipe using candied chestnuts or "marrons glacés” from France. A typical French treat especially during Christmas holidays. 

No need to say I LOVE pancakes: for breakfast or even diner, I just love the way you feel like a child watching those marvellous pancakes getting ready from the pan!

In a bowl whisk 1 egg with 50g of our chestnut cheeks spread “The classic one”.
Add 12cl condensed milk, 125g chestnuts (or gluten free) flours and 1 sachet of baking powder. 
Leave for 2 hours in the fridge. 
Then cut 8 candied chestnuts into small pieces.
Pour some batter into the prepared oiled pan and add pieces of candied chestnuts. 
After 2mn turn the pancakes over and brown the other side.
