✨Chestnut cream crème brûlée ✨
Mix 6 eggs yolks with 200g sugar and 150g chestnut cream until pale yellow.
Add 750cl of plant based milk or cream and reverse in individual cups.
Place your cups in the oven in a baking sheet, doing a double boiler.
Bake for 40 min at 200C.
At the end, sprinkle sugar at the top and use a kitchen torch to brown the sugar 🔥
Or you can chose to make your own « caramel » and serve it on top of each glasses, at the last minute.
